Organic Honduras - Comsa

Sourced from a collective of small producers in the Marcala region, this coffee is farmed organically, harvested at peak ripeness, fermented in its mucilage, then washed to perfection. It has a smooth mouthfeel, notes of vanilla, and a touch of raisin on the finish with hints of tart green apple.
