Late Night Sunset - Dark Roast

This coffee encapsulates nostalgia, a dark roast for good times. We set out to roast a coffee that reminded us of home, at our old family cabin in the Canadian Prairies. With the sun setting as late as 10pm in the summertime, we would all share a pot of dark roast coffee with dessert. We shared memories, conversation, and rest as we watched the late night sunset slowly dim over a couple of hours. We have recreated this moment for our fellow dark roast nostalgics, albeit with a lot more consciousness and intention with our sourcing. From a single origin, single farmer and producer, we bring you late night sunset; an exceptional coffee that flourishes with more heat.
